1. About WedGrapher

wedgrapher.in (“WedGrapher”, “we”, “us”) is a studio-management and CRM platform for wedding photography studios, operated by WedGrapher, Nashik, Maharashtra, India. Contact: hello@wedgrapher.in.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using wedgrapher.in you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. The service

WedGrapher provides lead management, quotations, team and attendance tools, photo galleries, a carousel design studio, an advertising playbook and related features, on a subscription basis. The features available to you depend on your plan.

4. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials safe.
• You are responsible for activity by your team members under your studio account.
• Each studio’s data is kept isolated from every other studio.

5. Free trial and plans

New studios receive a 14-day premium trial. After the trial, the free plan applies unless you purchase a subscription. You are never locked out of your own data — you may continue on the free plan within its limits.

6. Payments

Subscription fees are displayed at checkout in Indian Rupees (INR) and are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. Applicable taxes (including GST) may be added. We do not store your card or banking details.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 7-day money-back guarantee.

8. Your content

Photographs, leads and client information you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to the content you upload and for complying with applicable law in respect of your clients’ personal data.

9. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, fraudulent or harmful use of the service.
• No attempting to access another studio’s data, or to probe, disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
• No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging through the service.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

10. Data retention and deletion

Items you delete are held in trash for 30 days and are then permanently removed. If you close your account, please export any data you need beforehand.

11. Availability

We work to keep WedGrapher available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control may cause downtime.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedGrapher’s total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Nashik, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
