1. Who we are
wedgrapher.in (“WedGrapher”, “we”, “us”) is a CRM platform for wedding photography studios, operated by WedGrapher, Nashik, Maharashtra, India. For anything related to your data, write to hello@wedgrapher.in.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email address, phone number and studio details you provide when registering.
- Studio data — leads, client contact details, quotations, bookings, attendance records, photographs and designs your studio adds to the CRM.
- Usage data — log information such as IP address, browser type and actions performed, used for security and to improve the product.
- Payment information — handled by our payment gateway partner; we do not store card or banking details on our servers.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the CRM.
- To send service emails such as follow-up reminders and account notifications.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve features and fix problems.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Your clients’ data
Leads and client details entered by a studio belong to that studio. We process them only on the studio’s behalf to provide the service. Each studio’s data is technically isolated from every other studio’s data.
5. Third-party services
We use trusted third parties to run the service: website hosting, payment processing, and — where a studio connects it — Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead-form integrations. These providers receive only the data needed to perform their function.
6. Cookies and sessions
We use cookies to keep you signed in (sessions last up to 20 days) and for basic site functionality. Clearing cookies in your browser signs you out.
7. Data retention
Deleted items remain in trash for 30 days before permanent removal. Account data is retained while your account is active; when an account is closed, associated data is removed from active systems within a reasonable period.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access inside a studio is restricted by role-based permissions. No system is perfectly secure, but the platform is designed around tenant isolation and least privilege.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your personal information, or ask what we hold about you, by writing to hello@wedgrapher.in. We comply with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, we will announce it by email or in the dashboard.
